Ceremonialist, Shamanic Practictioner, Healer, Plant Medicine, Student of Life
I’m thrilled the cosmos have brought you here and you have said yes to the call of spirit. As a Shamanic practitioner, 300hr RYT Yoga teacher, Lightworker, Paramedic, Mesa carrier, Reiki/Crystal and Pachamama healer I have found my calling in illuminating the world by serving as an agent of spirit.
I acknowledge that I do this work in Prince Rupert on Kaien Island and in Stewart on unceded territories of the Gitxan, Tsetsaut, Tsimsamen, Gitlaxt'aamiks, Skam-Kounst Nisga'a peoples. I acknowledge the impact of patriarchy, colonization on the medicine peoples and the conquest of the land, of all that has been lost due to appropriation, racism, abuse, oppression, exploitation and forgetting.
Anything we know, learn or share is not ours. We come from an intricate web of teachers, students and practice. I bow to Shakti, the motherland of Yoga, to the medicine people of the Andes and Amazonian Jungle, the mothers and grandmothers, I bow to my teachers and mentors from www.shamanicyoga.ca, as they taught me to bow to the mountains, the stars, Mother Earth and the waters of this land.
Serving from the North West of Canada in both Stewart, B.C. and Prince Rupert, B.C.
I come before you in service; offering to walk with you in Ayni, divine relationship, to uplift all beings, in all worlds, to assist you on your path navigating life’s most complex and difficult matters, to activate hope as individuals and for the Earth and Cosmos. Untangling the roots of duality to stop the violence within and without; to live in right relationship, unconditional love and widen the circle of inclusion.
"May we remain devoted to the heart of inquiry and philosophy; to keep learning and unlearning, to be teachable as devoted students of life with full engagement; to participate and share; where there is need. May our work be of service in some way." - #ShamanicYogaTrainingInstitute
Shamanism is a large umbrella term used to describe several different techniques and methods used by peoples since antiquity for personal and collective healing.
Often there is singing, chanting, dancing, plant medicine, journeying, breathwork and body movement. This can empower someone to observe the unseen forces that inform and drive their behaviour in order to transcend them. These experiences support a movement of healing from the individual to the collective. The personal healing then equips one to be of service to others.
There is no simple answer to this question, but my favorite response is, "When those who are ready to walk into darkness, I go with them, so that they do not walk alone."
What is Sacred Healing? Threads woven from cross-cultural, ancestral, philosophical, esoteric, psychology, traditional indigenous, mystic, and cosmic teachings cultivated from right action, right relationship and the passion to raise the frequency of the collective consciousness.

A very intimate deep tissue massage featuring Reiki, energetic and emotional release, tantric practices, breathwork, trauma informed practices and radical self acceptance. This is a flow of source so pure and unique, that it enables strong release and the ability to tap into stored trauma, thought patterns, beliefs, past life contracts, and clear lineages of self destruction.
To connect with your higher self to tune into any densities the luminous body is holding from previous experiences, traumas and emotional distress.
These sessions are to unwind these toxic densities from the energy field to facilitate movement of the energy in order to dispel it.
These sessions are for achieving an altered state of consciousness through breathwork and guided with visualizations that invites and invokes transformation to deepen the heart of your spiritual practice.
Are you looking for a mentor to help you deepen your understanding and shed some light on potential blind spots in your life?
This would be a once a week meeting to assist in realigning your physical, causal (mental) and subtle (energetic) bodies through the modalities of Asana, Mantra, Ceremony, Rituals, Self Empowerment and Embodiment practices. This could look like dance, arts therapy, talk therapy, nature, poetry, creative writing, mixed media, photography, play, esoteric and historic scriptures and chants, singing, meditation, journeying, whatever serves your journey best.
To discuss what modalities are used within Sacred Healing and to navigate what direction best works with where you are on your journey
Using crystals, ancient Mudra and symbols to find blockages in the Chakras and appropriately aligning each energy center. This unique psychic service is gentle and has immediate effects. Here, clients will be able to align their energy centers and balance the Shakti and Shiva energies
Spiritual hygiene is necessary as we walk through our sacred earth walk. As we interact and encounter with energetics in our daily lives, we exchange energy... often picking up and carrying energy that sticks to us that is not ours.
I invite you to be bathed in sacred herbs, plants and flowers to promote breaking up and encourage expelling of any Hoocha (dark, dense energy) to illuminate your aura.
This ancient technique has been used by our Indigenous ancestors cross culturally since time immemorial to balance the mind and soul, clearing your auric field of energy that may be bogging you down and inviting you to be in touch with your own spirituality.
Breathing techniques, asana, mantra, Mudra, song and movement are all used along with to invite a conversation with the unknown throughout class. Classes are also sequenced with intent to open certain areas of the body, facilitating a release, a reclaiming or a remembering. In this way, the student is supported to inquire, excavate and discern what needs to be changed and what needs to be retained. By consciously posing in one’s body and reconnecting with one’s form, the student is encouraged to nourish themselves in a fundamental way.
